Mr. Jinkyoo “David” Lee is a graduate of Korea University College of Law (BA & MA) and University of Washington School of Law (LL.M & Ph.D). Mr. Lee is specialized in Comparative Civil Procedure and Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) focusing mediation. He was admitted to New York State Bar Association in 2013. At JK Law Group, Mr. Lee will practice in the areas of trade law, international business transaction, international dispute resolution and immigration law. Mr. Lee has been committed himself to serving members of local community who cannot afford private legal services through his volunteer works. He hopes that his immigration practice will go beyond business immigration, reaching services for domestic violence survivors and immigrants on the edge.
